Meet Emily…
I am a Digital Education Consultant, with over 20 years experience, spanning online learning and media production. I previously held roles working for FutureLearn (founded by the Open University) and Nord Anglia Education, where I led portfolio strategy initiatives and partnerships, through to the nitty gritty of course design and content development.
Learning is part of our DNA. Cultivating this in the right way, I work with my clients to seed curiosity and unlock the opportunities that learner-centred digital education brings.
On a mission to make positive changes for your learners? Let’s help you get there.

Testimonials
"Emily played a central role in the feasibility assessment, design and development of the RTS Mini MBA.
Launching an online learning platform was a completely new endeavour for RTS and Emily was in right at the start. She was critical to designing the research phase – both of the market opportunity and the different options for delivering the learning. Additionally, Emily provided expertise for ensuring the rigour of paedagogy of the learning delivered.
I really enjoyed working with Emily. She always delivered, was extremely thoughtful in her responses and provided quality analysis on which the RTS could base decisions. She supported me and the team to deliver a remarkable new initiative."

"I had the pleasure of working closely with Emily to develop and launch the RTS Academy Mini MBA, an industry-first, online, on-demand course focussed on the business landscape of TV and Streaming Media.
Venturing into online course delivery was entirely new territory for the Royal Television Society, and Emily’s expertise proved invaluable from the outset. She took the lead on market research, learning design, pedagogical approach, assessment frameworks and securing CPD accreditation with remarkable insight, thoughtfulness, and calm confidence.
Emily was instrumental in bringing this complex project to life, consistently guiding the team and making challenging processes feel manageable. Her professionalism, thorough approach, and specialised knowledge truly set her apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to strongly recommend her as an EdTech Consultant on any education, digital or media project."

"Emily Pearce Consulting played a vital role in transforming a 40-page guidance document on the sensitive subject of child peer-to-peer violence into a successful and important online course.
Emily worked diligently, with commitment and dedication to deliver a highly professional product that played an important role in disseminating relevant messages on prevention of violence to a wide audience. To this end, her editorial expertise resulted in an online course utilising creative and visual materials to present messaging and learning in a clear, articulate and easy to use manner. This made it highly accessible to a range of professionals and caregivers.
It was a pleasure to work with Emily on this project. She responded immediately throughout the creative process of developing the online course as it moved from initial concepts through to a highly accomplished finished product. Working with Emily enabled us to produce and present an online course that was translated into six languages and then made available globally on a highly respected online platform."
